“I don’t know how to…”

When you installed Endeavour®5, the User Reference Guide and How to Guide were installed as well. To find it, go to your Start button, then > Programs > Endeavour. If you didn’t choose to install them, you can find them on the original software CD. Just click cancel on the installation wizard and use Windows explorer to find them on the CD.

“When I’m using Endeavour®, I have a problem with….”

More likely you are not the only one who has experienced that problem. We keep up to date history of questions and corresponding answers. Simply, browse the Endeavour® Navigator FAQ.

If you are still having problems, contact your Endeavour® supplier or use our Support Form to contact us with the details.

NOTE: Although we offer FREE support, we reserve the right to request payment when the assistance you have asked for exceeds reasonable limits. At such times, HSA has a Flat Rate Support Fee of $110.00 per hour (inc GST) that will buy you the dedicated time of an HSA's application specialist.

“I have lost or broken…

Sometimes pieces are lost or don’t seem to work. If the FAQ page hasn’t fixed your problem, contact us through the Support Form and we can advise you the best way to get running again.
