The Map and Chart Warehouse is the national distribution centre for New Zealand ’s topographic maps, hydrographic charts, and related publications. The facility is operated under contract to Land Information New Zealand.

Capabilities include:

  • Warehousing of topographic maps & hydrographic charts and other publications
  • Maintenance of Charts for Notices to Mariners
  • Quality Assurance and production of the LINZ NZMariner Raster Chart CD-ROMs (The Raster Chart Service)
  • Distribution of Charts to LINZ approved Chart Agents, both Local & International
  • Head office of HSA Systems Limited in New Zealand
