S-57 ENC Quality Inspection for external agencies

HSA Systems has the
facilities and expertise to act as an external quality inspection bureau
for your S-57 ENC products. HSA is well equipped to provide accurate,
consistent and current quality inspection of individual S-57 ENCs, updates
and exchange sets.
HSA Systems has been involved with the development of the S-57 ENC standard
since 1991 and has produced and maintains over 100 ENC data sets. HSA
is currently under contract to Australian and New Zealand Hydrographic
Offices to produce and maintain S-57 ENC products.
HSA's Spatial Group can provide comprehensive quality inspections of S-57
ENC's compiled or converted by a Hydrographic Office or a contractor.
The inspection process has been developed as part of HSA's Quality Management
System conforming to ISO 9001:2000.
HSA uses industry accepted validation tools such as ENC Analyzer
and DKart Inspector and checked to the IHO S-58 Recommended ENC Validation checks standard.
The ENC cells are also loaded into a Type Approved ECDIS
to ensure data loading and operational use.
