Western Australian Raster Nautical Charts

HSA Systems Pty Ltd and the Western Australian Department for Planning and Infrastructure have worked together to produce a digital series of their paper charts. This chart series is a digital reproduction of the Department for Planning and Infrastructure's published nautical paper chart series.

The advantage of the digital product is the ability for the mariner to monitor their vessels position and progress in real time when used in conjunction with an Electronic Chart System (ECS) and Global Positioning System (GPS).
